In accordance with section 24 of the Draft Military Veterans Act, 2011, the draft Military Veterans Access to Health Care Benefit Regulations 2025, are hereby published for public comment.
The Regulations are intended to be made by the Minister of Defence and Military Veterans in terms of section 24, read with section 5(1)(i) and the definition of “prescribed” in section 1 of the Act.
Interested persons or organisations are hereby invited to submit written comments on the draft regulations before 14 March 2026.
