The Minister of Defence and Military Veterans (Nosiviwe Mapisa-Nqakula MP), will this coming Wednesday (17 July 2019) be outlining her departmental budget for the 2019/20 financial year. Minister Nosiviwe Mapisa-Nqakula would like to take this opportunity to invite members of the media to a pre-budget vote media briefing with the details outlined as follows:

Venue: Parliament, Imbizo Media Centre, 120 Plein Street (Cape Town)
Time: 09h00 – 10h00
NB: There will be a video link to Ronnie Mamoepa Media Center, 1035 Frances Baard Street, Hatfield in Pretoria
Members of the media who are interested in covering the budget vote as it unfolds are required to make arrangements with Mr. Mlindi Mpindi (081 716 7329)/mmpindi@parliament.gov.za for assistance with access into the chamber.
NB: Members of the media will be required to present their ID documents to access parliament.
